As Super Bowl 2021 approaches, the talk has turned once again to which teams will occupy the final. Naturally, as the final last year involved the Kansas City Chiefs and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, many have tipped the same two teams to once again compete for the trophy.

Fans and many of the sports professionals believe few teams can compete with these two right now and that we will get to see a rerun of the Super Bowl 2020. Even the top online sports books in the USA mentioned here all believe that these two are the favorites.

However, is there really no other team that could spoil the party? Let’s take a look at the current odds and determine if there is a chance of an upset.

Not Much in It Between the Chiefs and Buccaneers

One thing is clear, when you check all the top online bookmakers, both the Kansas City Chiefs and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are the two favorites. The Chiefs just about edge it at +600, but that is because of making the last two finals. They won one but lost last year to the Buccaneers. As for their opponents, their odds are currently +650 thanks to that shock win in the Super Bowl final last time around.

Both teams have not lost many of their roster and have the most experienced teams in the event. It is for that reason that many people cannot look past a repeat of the last Super Bowl final. It is widely believed that the Kansas City Chiefs did not turn up in the last game and this is something they will want to correct if they make it that far again. They were beaten convincingly as the favorites and will want to make sure that history does not repeat itself.

What About the Bills or Rams?

If you were to pick two sides that could spoil the party, you would have to go with the bookies on this. They have the Buffalo Bills at +700 and the LA Rams at +800 to make the 2021 final. Both teams went on impressive runs of form during the last season. The Bills, in particular, would have felt disappointed that a run of 13 wins from 16 did not culminate in a Super Bowl final.

Many have also tipped the LA Rams to make the final this time around. Even the legendary Hall of Fame wide receiver Isaac Bruce has tipped them to win the event in February. Top sports betting sites also place them in the top four favorites, but do they really have the ability to beat the Buccaneers of Chiefs? Still, they have begun this season in a rich vein of form. If they can carry that on until the end, the momentum could be enough for them to mark a serious challenge.

Outside of Those?

While there is no bereft of quality throughout the NFL, it is difficult to look past the four teams already mentioned. For most, it is difficult to look past the first two. However, as we know, anything is possible. A team could mount a serious challenge and surprise them. There has been many examples of shocks across the history of the sport.

If we had to stick our necks out and name a couple of teams with the potential to cause a shock, we’d have to go for the Indianapolis Colts and the Baltimore Ravens. The latter has an exciting roster of players that, when on it, can be a match for anyone in the division. Consistency has always been a concern, but if they add that, who knows.

Who are You Tipping?

Making three Super Bowl finals in a row would be an outstanding achievement for the Kansas City Chiefs. Would the same team make it again appeal to the neutrals, though? While we think they will make it, we’d like to see something different this time around. The trouble is, we just do not see anyone in the chasing pack being up to a challenge. Hopefully, we’re proven wrong!

Super Bowl 56, which has already announced that Eminem, Dr. Dre, and Mary J.Blige, among others, will perform during the halftime show, will take place on the 13th of February in 2022. Like many other sporting events, it has been delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Fortunately, we do not have too long to wait for it to take place.
