So it looks like the buff Ronald McDonald with fries growing off his junk was originally designed by an artist named Wizard Skull (Instagram photo above), but from the looks of it, it appears that a Japanese McDonald’s has adopted the photo for a McDonald’s ad.

I can’t read Japanese but I can only assume that their caption reads:

“New on the dollar menu, Ronald’s Cock Fries!”

What a way to get people to into your restaurant.
