It’s Homecoming Week for No. 15 BYU Football! The Cougars will take on the Roadrunners of UTSA (University of Texas at San Antonio) on Saturday afternoon in Provo. The 3-1 Roadrunners are visiting from Conference USA.UTSA was just handed their first loss of the season on Oct. 3 when they fell, 21-13 at UAB. BYU has won all three of its games by way of a blowout. Though the Cougars have blown out the Navy Midshipmen, the Troy Trojans and the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs, the game where they would have been challenged the most vs. the Army Black Knights has been postponed. However, the Cougars have shown enough offensive firepower to cover the 35-point spread vs. UTSA.
And because BYU has scored at least 45 points in all three of its games this season, we shouldn’t expect anything less out of Kalani Sitake’s team. It may be bold for BYU to win and cover, but the Cougars do just enough to hit on both of those for you this week. If that requires hanging over half a hundred on the visiting Roadrunners, BYU will get it done. This is an excellent football team.
