Tyreek Hill Detained By Police On Way To Stadium (Video)

Miami Dolphins star WR Tyreek Hill was reportedly detained by police and put into handcuffs right outside Hard Rock Stadium, hours before their season against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Here is a video of the incident.

Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that Hill was detained by police for a driving violation.

Hill’s agent Drew Rosenhaus told Schefter that he will play in today’s game. “I just left Tyreek and he is getting ready to play today,” Rosenhaus said, as per Newsweek.

The Dolphins published this statement on the incident.

“Several teammates saw the incident and stopped to offer support. Tyreek and all other players involved have safely arrived to the stadium and will be available for today’s game,” the team said.

Hill is the Dolphins top offensive weapon and the most explosive player in the NFL. He had 119 catches for 1,799 yards and 13 touchdowns last season.
