STARDOM “5-Star Grand Prix 2020” Finals Results 9/19/20: Bea Priestley Returns

STARDOM results of the final day of the 5-Star Grand Prix 2020 tournament from Tokyo, Japan 🇯🇵 at Korakuen Hall on 9/19/20:

Syuri pinned Maika after the Buzzsaw Kick in a Blue Block match in 9:20.

Saya Kamitani pinned Starlight Kid after a driver in a Red Block match in 6:31.

Giulia pinned DEATH Yama-san with a cradle in a Red Block match in 4:59. Giulia teased that a fourth mystery member of Donna del Mondo would debut on the 10/3/20 show in Yokohama to join her, Syuri and Maika.

Mayu Iwatani pinned Tam Nakano with the Dragon Suplex in a Red Block match in 9:21.

Himeka pinned Konami after a running power bomb in 10:02 to win the Red Block with 11 points and move to the finals against the Blue Block winner later on.

AZM pinned Maika with the Azumi Sushi in a Blue Block match in 6:56.

Saya Iida beat Natsuko Tora by Disqualification in 4:56 of a Blue Block match when Tora once again used her chain as a weapon. Bea Priestley returned to the company (after being stranded for months in the U.K. because of the virus pandemic) and attacked Iida.

Momo Watanabe went to a no-contest with Jungle Kyona in 4:53 of a Blue Block match when members of Oedo Tai ran in and attacked both women. As a result, both get 1 point each as if it was a draw. Bea Priestley vs. Momo Watanabe will take place on the 10/3 show.

Utami Hayshishita went to a 20-minute time limit draw with Syuri in a Blue Block match. They both got a point each. That was good enough for Hayshishita to win the block with 10 points total and head to the finals vs. Himeka.

Utami Hayshishita won the 5-Star Grand Prix 2020 finals by pinning Himeka after the Torture Rack Bomb in 10:19.

STARDOM executive producer Rossy Owaga came out and presented Hayshishita the traditional robe and crown that the tournament winner gets each year.

Hayshishita said she wants to face the whoever wins the match of World of STARDOM Champion Mayu Iwatani vs. Syuri which takes place on 10/3.
