Philadelphia media was in attendance yesterday at the OTA’s. It was their first chance to get a look at the new Eagles players.
Saquon Barkley was the main attraction for those in attendance yesterday. He was taking handoffs and catching passes from Eagles QB Jalen Hurts.
Barkley was the Eagles big free agent signing this offseason. He is a powerful and fast duel threat running back.
Barkley was selected as the second overall pick of the 2018 NFL draft by the New York Giants.
The Eagles signed Barkley to a three-year, $37.75M contract that could be worth up to $46.75M with $26M fully guaranteed.
Barkley joins a talented and star-studded Eagles offense. An offense that is going to be expected to light up the scoreboard this season.
