Ryon Healy, infielder for the Brewers has rejected the outright assigned by Milwaukee. This officially makes him a free agent, a second straight year he’s declined an outright to Triple A. Last year was after the Mariners removed him from their 40-man roster.

It was a one year deal with Milwaukee that ended up culminating in just four games for 2020. He was, however, their starting designated hitter in Game 2 of the Wild Card series.

He’s hit to a lifetime .748 OPS, but is an opposite-splits guy who hits righties better than lefties. He’s hit .262 lifetime with 52 homeruns vs right handers, while going .259 with 17 homeruns against southpaws. He could be a solid platoon guy for anybody who needs one.
