Report: Dallas Cowboys ‘infatuated’ with TE Kyle Pitts

It’s being reported that Jerry Jones is extremely infatuated with trying to trade up to draft the #1 rated tight-end in the draft from Miami, Kyle Pitts. Even though the Dallas Cowboys defense gave up franchise record numbers all year, selecting CeeDee Lamb last year with the 15th pick shows that Jerry isn’t afraid to strengthen the offense. It’s known the Cowboys need secondary help, but could drafting a generational talent like Kyle Pitts change your franchise for the better?

If they went ahead and tried to make it happen, Dak Prescott would have weapons galore. Receivers like Amari Cooper, CeeDee Lamb, Michael Gallup and now Kyle Pitts. If Dan Quinn can put it all together on the defensive side of the ball for the Dallas Cowboys they should be contending this year to win the NFC East. Old Cowboys players even disagree with the possible decision to draft another weapon for Prescott.
