Regardless of the recent changes to the coaching staff, Carson Wentz reportedly still wants to be traded from the Philadelphia Eagles amidst all the drama surrounding the quarterback position this season. The Eagles drafted Jalen Hurts last year with their second round pick and it’s been drama ever since. Carson finished the season with the worst touchdown-interception ratio since his rookie year. It’s gonna be extremely difficult to trade his contract considering he recently signed a 4-year 128 million dollar deal to stay with the Eagles.

The Philadelphia Eagles recently hired Nick Siranni, the former offensive coordinator under Wentz’s old offensive coordinator Frank Reich. Wentz has yet to welcome the new hire head coach or comment on the firing of Doug Peterson. Adam Schefter recently commented on the situation.

“(He) wants to leave the franchise,” Schefter said on 97.5 The Fanatic. “That’s why (a) trade still is in play. This is all real. None of this is made up.”

We’ll see if the Eagles are confident in rolling with second year player Jalen Hurts for the future. Or possibly trade Jalen to accommodate Carson, we’ll find out more information over the next couple months.
