Late in yesterday’s AFC Championship Game between the Tennessee Titans and the Kansas City Chiefs, two Chiefs special teams players did something that some fans wish their teams could do to the referees.

Kansas City wide receivers Byron Pringle and DeMarcus Robinson while on punt coverage in the game tried to down the ball in play as it went to the endzone for a touchback, but they ran over one of the referees on accident.

For fans of some particular teams, they wish they could run over the referees harder for the way they put out some bad penalty calls within these last couple years.

The accident likely would not have mattered anyways, as the Chiefs went on to win the AFC Championship over Tennessee, 35-24. They will play the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LIV down in Miami on February 2nd.
