UPDATE: It was confirmed a few days ago that Bailey turned himself in to the police in Bay City, and was sent back to Sumpter Township.

According to posts from multiple sources throughout social media, a suspect in a quadruple homicide case is currently on the run and is reported to be possibly fleeing his way to the Upper Peninsula.

UPNorthLive’s Trevor Drew said in his post that Raymond Lee Bailey, 37, of downstate Sumpter Township (near Belleville), was identified as a suspect in the case after local police found two men and women dead from apparent gunshot wounds.

Facebook user Kelly Demp Gambrell said in her post that Bailey murdered his ex-fiancé, Laura Tanner, Laura’s sister Sarah, and cousins Forrest and Neil Sampson.

It is reported by the police that Bailey had confessed to the killings to a few people via phone/text messages.

Gambrell said that Bailey owns and has driven a white mid-2010s Chevy vehicle with dual tires in the back.

From police tracking, his vehicle was last seen abandoned near Bay City.
