Phillies Beat Rockies With A 6 Run Ninth Inning

The Philadelphia Phillies rally with a six-run ninth inning to beat the Colorado Rockies 8-4 last night.

Bryce Harper blasted a 3-run home run in the 9th inning to break the game wide open for the Phillies.

Harper got the scoring started for the Phillies with a RBI single in the first inning. He finished the game with two hits and four RBls.

Kyle Schwarber had three hits and a RBI. Alec Bohm and Garrett Stubbs each contributed 2 hits.

Aaron Nola got the start for the Phillies and allowed three runs on five hits and struck out five in six innings. Two of the runs were earned. Jose Ruiz got the win.

The Phillies are now 38-15 on the season. They send Ranger Suarez, who is 9-0 on the season, to the mound for today’s game.
