Brooks Koepka is currently one of the best golfers in the world and plays on the PGA Tour. In October 2018, he became World Number 1 in the Official World Golf Ranking after winning the 2018 CJ Cup. He won the U.S. Open in 2017 and 2018, and the PGA Championship in 2018 and 2019, becoming the first golfer in history to hold back-to-back titles in two majors simultaneously.

While Brooks has had a considerable amount of success on the links, he’s had an equivalent amount in his romantic life as well. Somehow, Koepka was able to land Jena Sims, and eventually married her.

In other PGA news, it was announced last week that an original ticket from the 1996 Greater Milwaukee open that highlighted Tiger Woods debut on the PGA Tour was auctioned off for a large amount of money.

A full ticket from the event sold for an astounding $37,200 last Saturday during the Spring Sports Catalog Auction conducted by Heritage Auctions, a Texas based company.

Chris Ivy, Director of Sports at Heritage Auctions had this to say about the sale of the ticket.

“It’s undeniably a very strong price, but I’m not at all surprised because the figure makes logical sense,” Ivy said. “You’ll note that we compared the ticket to those marking the professional debuts of Jackie Robinson and Michael Jordan in our catalog text, and it fell exactly in line with those prices we referenced. When we provide educated collectors with useful context like that, they tend to understand and bid accordingly.”
