Last year the New England Patriots gave up a first round pick to the Saints for Wide Receiever Brandin Cooks. And today they’ve announced they’ve traded the fifth year receiever.

This deal gives the Patriots two picks in each of the first two rounds of this year’s draft. Giving them the draft picks they need to make a move up, possibly for a young quarterback to eventually replace Tom Brady.
According to Adam Schefter the Patriots will be keeping star TE Rob Gronkowski.
