WWE’s Paige was in the middle of her popular Twitch broadcast today when she received the news that fellow WWE Superstar Mia Yim was suspending her Twitch account because of a new WWE policy. She began to cry in fear thinking she may be one of the next to lose control of her account but nobody from WWE told her as of yet.

Paige said ”I’ve honestly got to the point… I can not deal with this company anymore. Now I have to make a very important decision. I’m f**king tired, man. I broke my f**king neck twice… TWICE for this company, dude. They don’t realize this community just isn’t about f***ing subs, dude. It isn’t about that. We built such a wonderful community, a wonderful family, where this is an escape for a lot of people including myself. I can’t wrestle anymore. I always worked so hard in WWE, I can’t wrestle anymore. My neck is f***ed! My whole f***ing dreams got taken away from me dude, and I had to have something that fulfilled even a small void that I lost in wrestling. A huge f***ing void… I couldn’t wrestle anymore… I lived and breathed sh** f***ing wrestling since I was a fetus, dude. It got ripped away from me and I had to find something that filled a little bit of that. And Twich was doing such a wonderful thing for me. It’s such a good place for me.”

She went on to say she could understand the decision if she was on the road as an active talent and on weekly WWE TV, but she’s only used to do WWE media sometimes. She said she’s stuck home in her house and Twitch kept her sane. She said she had a rough couple of years with a leaked sex tape and failing two drug tests. She said she failed the tests because she was in an abusive relationship. She said Twitch has become her world and she will continue to stream. She said she doesn’t like being treated like sh** and walked over.

She said she will start looking into unionization and a union lawyer. She said she will speak out more on Twitch over the next two days. (I assume WWE takes over her account in two days or she can suspend the account like Yim, AJ Styles, and others have).

She said she hasn’t been used on Raw or Smackdown in a year and ”after doing this for 10 years” she’s tired of keeping her mouth shut. She said what money she makes from Twitch is ”pocket change” but it’s a place to hang out and be her self with others. She said WWE is still an amazing place but she obviously doesn’t agree with everything that they do.

To show how popular Paige’s Twitch show is, she was the only female broadcaster to rank in the Top 20 on the service.

WWE announced weeks ago that they would be taking ownership of talent third-party accounts like Twitch. Talent will get a percentage of the account revenue but it will go against their downside guarantees.

Paige signed a new contract deal with WWE in late 2019.
