Oregon and the University of Miami are both aggressively trying to kick up Ducks head coach Mario Cristobal. It’s been reported that Cristobal is about to get a massive contract, similar to Lincoln Riley’s deal with USC and Brian Kelly and his newly found southern accent at LSU. Oregon is reportedly drafting up a massive contract as we speak, and Miami is preparing their blank check as well.

The Miami Hurricane’s program is in shambles and a downright mess, but the the 51 year old Ducks head coach was born and raised in Miami, Florida. At the very least, they have that going for them. Cristobal has a solid record of 35-12 while coaching in Eugene, Oregon, and has returned the program back to relevance.

The 10th ranked Oregon Ducks take on 17th ranked Utah tonight in the PAC 12 championship game with the winner advancing to the Rose Bowl.
