Aaron Rodgers, Aaron Rodgers, Aaron Rodgers!

There. I said his name repeatedly. That should help with clicks right? I mean, Aaron Rodgers is the biggest topic of discussion for sports fans so far in 2021. No doubt he will continue to be as we enter the summer. Where will Aaron Rodgers play? What is going on with Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers? What is up with that guy? Aaron Rodgers, you know. Suddenly engaged and yeah. Geez, we can’t stop talking about him.

Well, here’s the deal. As much as we all talk and speculate about his present (and future), one thing is for sure: NONE OF US KNOW ANYTHING! I am well aware of how sources work and reporting procedures. I think most of us have been through this song and dance before with sports stories. Who to believe, why things are leaked to the media, when rumors get started, etc.

Ultimately, none of that matters. Fans just want to know if Aaron Rodgers will return to the Packers or if this is a repeat of the messy divorce Brett Favre went through. Well, we have to keep waiting on that answer. Until then, NFL.com has dropped a couple of bold predictions on the upcoming season, and yep, you guessed it – Aaron Rodgers is the number one topic.

*drumroll please*

According to NFL.com writer Adam Schein, Aaron Rodgers will head to the Denver Broncos and lead them to a deep playoff run. The AFC is pretty loaded, so they would make a great run at another Super Bowl berth should the current league MVP jump ship. An interesting theory and has been the leading rumor for weeks now. Think about it. Aaron Rodgers to the Denver Broncos makes sense.

They have cap space. They have money. They have a recent history of making big moves. They are in the AFC, as the Packers would no doubt want him far away from the NFC. They are closer to California, where Aaron Rodgers is from and has opportunities with his Hollywood fellas…including his lovely fiance Shailene Woodley. By the way, Adrift is a hidden gem. Great movie and a great twist! No spoilers here though.

That is what NFL.com thinks: Broncos land Aaron Rodgers and close in on a title. What do YOU think?
