It’s been six months since the big trade between the Detroit Lions and the Los Angeles Rams, and the new quarterback for the Lions, Jared Goff, is already making his mark in the Motor City.
Earlier Wednesday night, Goff would make his first appearance at Comerica Park, rooting on the home city’s Detroit Tigers as they faced the Texas Rangers.
The new quarterback, who was part of the trade that sent 12-year veteran quarterback Matthew Stafford to the Rams, seems to be enjoying and making himself at home down at the ballpark tonight.
And with how the Tigers have been going, who have now won six straight games since the All-Star break, things regarding sports in Detroit are begin to turn the corner in the positive direction.
Let’s not forget to mention that their NBA team in the Pistons also have the number one overall pick, which they are expected to take Cade Cunningham out of Oklahoma State. Things are starting to form into great shape in the Motor City, and for Detroit fans, they are all for it.
