The UCF Knights will host the Tulane Green Wave in an AAC battle Saturday afternoon in Orlando. The Green Wave have been competitive in their conference defeats and cannot be taken lightly. They came up short in a narrow overtime defeat last week. The Knights are eager to return to the field after squandering a 21 point lead in their loss to Memphis last week to dip to 1-2 in conference play. The Tulane Green Wave are searching for their first conference win of the season. Tulane nearly pulled off the upset victory against SMU last week but fell in a tough 37-34 overtime loss to SMU in a tilt that had the Green Wave labeled as 6.5 point dogs. Two of their three defeats have occurred by only three points which included a defeat to Navy in their first AAC battle.

Tulane hasn’t generated significant offense in the air. Michael Pratt recorded a season-best 192 receiving yards last week and has posted 475 passing yards with a 4:1 TD to INT ratio in three games. The Green Wave will run frequently and have three RB’s with over 200 yards. Stephon Huderson is playing well and has surpassed 100 yards in two out of his last three games for a season total of 309 yards. Duece Watts is the team’s receiving leader with only 144 yards. Tulane’s offense has been solid in conference play and has scored over 30 points in three straight games.
