Breaking news up on Twitter has announced offensive tackle Taylor Decker is staying with the Detroit Lions for the next six years.

Decker, in conjunction with his agency, has agreed to deal that will go six years and up to $85 million. Only $37 million will be fully guaranteed.

Decker has represented the blindside tackle spot for the Lions, since he was drafted in the first round back in 2016.

According to Pro Football Focus, Decker is ranked 20th in the league regarding offensive tackles with a grade of 75.5.

Not a bad deal for the Lions, who are looking to lock up two pieces on their offense. With Decker getting his deal done, wide receiver Kenny Golladay will hopefully get his deal done very soon.
