Lio Rush, at only 25 years old, has been building his brand in a major way. The Professional Wrestler, known for his stint in WWE where he managed Bobby Lashley and became WWE Cruiserweight Champion, has had a tremendous 2020 in regards to continuing a path in music. He’s released two albums in 2020.
Now, he embarks on another journey: Hollywood. In an interview with Wrestling Inc, he mentioned that he has landed a spot in the new Power Rangers movie. “Be on the lookout for big projects to come in the future,” noted Rush, as he continues to say “as well as the new upcoming film that I’m going to be a part of, ‘Legend of the White Dragon.'”
This is the newest Power Rangers movie. He noted that he has been informed he’s getting a part, but he hasn’t been given a direct part yet. With Rush’s background in combat sports, perhaps he could be a Power Ranger? Time will tell. Either way, congratulations to the Man of the Hour.
