In this week’s issue of Japan’s Weekly Pro-Wrestling Magazine, there was an interview with LIDET Entertainment president Hiroyuki Suzuki. He said the company is looking to start up a new pro wrestling promotion in the fall. They hired in former WRESTLE-1 president and wrestler Kaz Hayashi to assist on 5/1/20.

LIDET Entertainment was the short-lived owner of Pro-Wrestling NOAH, buying it in January 2019 and then selling it to CyberAgent in January 2020. They currently remain on board as a NOAH sponsor.

WRESTLE-1 announced earlier this year that they were “suspending operations” due to financial problems after seven years in business. Their final show was on 4/1/20. Here were the results:

Yusuke Kodama pinned Takuro Niki after the Mad Splash.

MAZADA, Kenichiro Arai, and Tsugutaka Sato beat Ganseki Tanaka, Ryuji Hijikata, and Ryuki Honda when Sato pinned Honda after an Oklahoma Stampede.

Alejandro pinned Kai Fujimura after the ESO ES TODO DDT.

Andy Wu, El Hijo del Pantera, and Jun Tonsho beat CIMA, Seiki Yoshioka, and Issei Onizuka when Tonsho pinned Onizuka with a Dragon Suplex.

T-Hawk and El Lindaman beat Seigo Tachibana and Manabu Soya when Lindaman pinned Soya.

Takanori Ito pinned Pegaso Iluminar with a German Suplex.

Daiki Inaba, Koji Doi, Kuma Arashi, and Shotaro Ashino beat Keiji Mutoh, Kaz Hayashi, Shuji Kondo, and Masayuki Kono when Arashi pinned Hayashi after a diving senton.

Manabu Soya won a Battle Royal over the rest of the roster on the card.
