Spread the love

Larry Fitzgerald has had a storied career with the Arizona Cardinals since 2004. Fitzgerald will without question go down as one of the greatest Wide Receivers to ever play the game, and likely the greatest Arizona Cardinal ever. Don’t believe me? Look at these stats!

With that said, last week the Cardinals added 2020 undrafted receiver Darece Roberson to the roster. They also signed Andre Baccellia, who started in the league with the Kansas City Chiefs as an undrafted rookie free agent with Washington. The wideout played in 48 games during his time spent with the Washington catching 107 balls for 1,183 yards and five touchdowns.

What does all of this mean? It appears that Arizona is planning for a future without Larry Fitzgerald. With the NFL Draft just mere days away, Fitzgerald has yet to communicate (as far as we know) with the Cardinals about his future. One would have to imagine with the additions to the receiving core, they are assuming Fitzgerald is throwing in the towel.

If Larry Fitzgerald does in fact call it a career, we can only hope that he continues to stay on the field in some capacity. Fitzgerald has an incredibly sense of humor and loves pranking people. Check out the video below to see Larry’s Funniest Moments.
