It is being reported that Jrue Holiday, who was recently acquired by the Milwaukee Bucks before the season for Eric Bledsoe and draft picks will sign an extension with the franchise for 4-years up to 160 million, his agent told Shams Charania of The Athletic. This decision comes after Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton have already signed multi-year extensions with the franchise, all three want to compete for a championship together for years to come but to do so they must defeat a clear favorite in the east. The Brooklyn Nets are currently stacked with players like Kyrie Irving, James Harden, Kevin Durant, Blake Griffin, LaMarcus Aldridge and DeAndre Jordan. In the NBA to defeat any good team you have to work together and play your tail off. And out of all the teams the Milwaukee Bucks and Philadelphia 76ers seem to have the best chance and if I had to give a slight edge it would be the Bucks, because I can’t trust Ben Simmons without a jump shot in a playoff series.

Jrue Holiday is already established himself as one of the best two-way guards in the game. Currently he is among the league leaders in steals ranked behind Jimmy Butler. He is averaging 17.0 points and 4.6 rebounds on the season to go along with great perimeter defense, and I haven’t even mentioned Khris Middleton who’s close to having a historic 50%, 40%, 90% season averaging 20.0 points per game. Come playoff time this team should be one to watch out for as a possible sleeper if everyone’s healthy.
