Deep breathe!!!

For the first time in four years Jordan Spieth is in the lead heading into Sunday. After a sloppy start to the round, Jordan rattled off one of his most clutch performances in recent memory. After starting the round with a bogey on the par 5 2nd, the golf world was sensing yet another meltdown by the former world #1. Every tee shot, every approach, every putt was going to matter today to put himself in a place he hasn’t found himself since 2017 at The Open. Jordan shot a front nine -2 today, and was heading into the back nine with just a one shot lead.

What happens next…?

Jordan opens the back nine shooting 3 over through just the first 5 holes. He saw his 2 shot lead dwindle in just three holes, falling to one back of the lead. The 16th hole at Pebble Beach is 404 yard par 4. Jordan hit a beautiful drive leaving himself about 160 yards to the pin. Whats he do next? Well, vintage Jordan was back, he holed out. Giving himself the lead again.

Jordan finished the 17th, and 18th holes even par. Daniel Berger the co-leader double bogeyed the 18th giving Jordan a 2 shot lead heading into the final round. Is Jordan back? We’ll find out tomorrow if the Under Armor superstar is back to his old ways at 3pm EST.

(Please be back Jordan)
