The Rockets and John Wall have been at a crossroad since the beginning of the offseason. Wall wants to play and the Rockets are apprehensive to let him play. The thing is no one is going to trade for Walls current contract where he is making like 30 million for the next few years.

If you cannot trade him either buy him out or let him play, he isn’t a bum and The Rockets are not contenders so what is the issue?

There have been reports that John Wall has asked The Rockets to release him, and there have been reports that there have been meetings between both parties on how they can move forward with Wall on the team.

Jordan Schultz came out with a report that Wall said he told the Rockets that he is the number one option, and Wall quickly called out Schultz for his false report.
