Jay-Z To Buy Washington Football Team From Daniel Snyder; Julio Jones To The Kansas City? Chiefs Star Player Comments On Acquiring Jones!

The Julio Jones trade situation has been the hottest offseason discussion in the NFL that is not Aaron Rodgers or DeShaun Watson. Jones made it clear that he is not returning to Atlanta and wanted a trade. One of the prime landing spots for Jones would be in Kansas City with the Chiefs. This would given Patrick Mahomes another deep threat to connect with in the upcoming 2021 season.

Veteran Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce commented on the idea of having Jones join Kansas City’s roster:

“I’ll tell you what, I’m intrigued,” Kelce said on ESPN’s NFL Live this week, via the Kansas City Star. “My eyes are open. I’m peeking at the headlines seeing where it goes. Listen, that’s a game-changer when you talk about guys that can make plays anywhere on the field, full route tree no matter where you put him. I mean that’s a guy that changes the game and changes teams, so I’m interested to see where he lands.”

In other NFL news, while Daniel Snyder is still the primary owner of the Washington Football Team, rumor has it that rapper Jay-Z is interested in buying a piece of the team. The Burgundy Blog, a well known news source that posts about the Washington Football Team had this to say about Jay-Z and his potential acquisition.

This report also appeared to be confirmed by one of the “Sports Junkies” JP Finlay, who is a local Washington DC radio host that covers the Washington Football Team year round. Here is what he had to say on the matter:

“I heard it from somebody sort of connected to the NFL eight, nine months ago that this could happen,” during a radio appearance.
