The search for missing special needs teenager Cam Besonen, in the Ontonagon, Mi area continued today. He went missing around 5:45 p.m. on Friday in Haight Township at his home.
At the time, Besonen, 17, was wearing a blue long sleeve and light blue jeans. His attire is not sustainable for colder weather. Besonen, autistic, is non verbal and very afraid of loud noises.
Since Saturday morning hundreds and hundreds of people have gathered to search for Besonen. If you’d like to donate to support the search, you can visit the local town hall. Currently there isn’t anyway to donate online, but if that becomes an option – we will update you.
On Monday it was reported on a TV6 facebook live stream that they found an item of his during the search:
With respect to the family, we reached out to his mother before posting this. She wanted to make sure that everyone knows that her and her family appreciates all the love and support.
“The care and love is overwhelmingly wonderful.” – Jill Besonen
Our team is sending our thoughts and prayers to the family. And hope that this can help #FindCam!
