With the Detroit Lions announcing that they’ve hired Duce Staley to coach the running backs group that means that Kyle Caskey won’t be brought back. Although the running backs group has seen improvements over the last couple of seasons under Caskey, Detroit still decided to move on.
His time as coach in Detroit might be done but Caskey is still continuing to support the Detroit area with his Caskey Family Foundation charity.
The charity raised enough money during the summer to purchase 41 brand new Microsoft Surfaces for the Detroit Lions Academy to help with virtual learning and after school programs to the school for underprivileged children. They also dropped off winter clothing recently for those in need.
Thank you so much to the @CaskeyFamilyFnd for dropping off winter goods to our members! The Caskey Foundation is a prime example of how everyone can give back to the community.🧣😄🧤 #DetroitYouth #ReimagineBGCSM #CaskeyFamilyFoundation #SupportDetroit #BoysandGirlsClubs pic.twitter.com/zmP6vuwI5l

Coach Caskey made sure to make an impact on and off the field, his foundation is something that is very impressive. For the next week all donations will be used in the Detroit area.
If you’d like to give back to his foundation you can click here to donate.
Hey #OnePride – As coach Caskey (@CoachKyleCaskey) is no longer the Lions RB coach we should all chip in $5 to his charity The Caskey Foundation (@CaskeyFamilyFnd) they’ve done a lot of good for Detroit and all donations will be used in Detroit.https://t.co/h18MuN3sCe pic.twitter.com/veUuGufa9A
