The Philadelphia Eagles have ruled starting CB Darius Slay as OUT with a concussion for Sunday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens.
Fourth-year CB Isaiah Rodgers is expected to start in Slay’s place. Keele Ringo will serve as the top backup to both Rodgers and star rookie Quinyon Mitchell.
Slay suffered a concussion during the Eagles Week 12 win over the Los Angeles and did not practice this week.
Fullback/backup linebacker Ben VanSumeren apparently got hurt in Friday’s practice and reportedly suffered a season-ending knee injury.
The Eagles face the Ravens on Sunday in Baltimore at 4:25 pm.
