Dustin May Starting Game 7

It will be a postseason first for a winner take all because for the first time every, two teams will be starting rookie pitchers head to head in win or go home. The Braves had already announced Ian Anderson, the Game 2 starter who hasn’t allowed a run this postseason, is on the bump for them fully rested. However, on only two days rest the Dodgers turn to Dustin May.

May gave up three runs in Game 5, but the Dodgers came back to win the ballgame. He threw only fifty five pitches. Game 2 starter Tony Gonsolin will be on full rest out of the bullpen, as will Game 4 starter Clayton Kershaw on three days rest. May had a 2.57 ERA in the regular season, yet the 23 year old had awful peripherals posting a 4.62 FIP. He’s only allowed thrown 6.2 innings this postseason.
