Christmas will be here before you know it and now New York residents can have the next-best thing to having New York governor Andrew Cuomo peeking through their window to make sure that there are no large gatherings and that people are watching his daily diatribes. Yes, I’m talking about the new “Dick on a Brick” collectible.

Many New Yorkers have grown tired of New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo (aka “Emperor Andy”), your typical two-faced, hypocritical politician who can’t understand normal thinking and doesn’t practice what he preaches when it comes to COVID-19 precautions. Cuomo, whose daily coronapocalypse updates have interrupted valuable TV time has people concluding that Cuomo thinks he’s President-for-life and that his subjects need to hear his moronic monotone mutterings with ritualistic regularity (Church of Cuomo coming soon?).

Emperor Andy recently warned New Yorkers about the dangers of Thanksgiving gatherings, especially with older relatives. Imagine the public’s surprise when The New York Times reported on Cuomo’s announcement that:

“My mom is going to come up and two of my girls,” the governor said on WAMC, adding, “The plans change. But that’s my plan.”

Not surprisingly, Twitter lit up as people condemned Emperor Andy’s “do as I say, not as I do” policy. New York State Congressional Representative Elise Stefanik (who was the youngest woman ever elected to Congress when she was voted into office in 2014) tweeted”

Emperor Andy announced he was changing his plans after the media reported on his blatant hypocrisy. According to a report by the Today Show’s Scott Stump, Cuomo discussed the perils of holiday get together while mentioning his own hypocritical gathering:

In the same radio interview, Cuomo noted that the COVID-19 hospitalization rate in New York has skyrocketed 122% in the past three weeks and could surge to 10,000 people in a matter of three or four weeks if people do not precautions over the holiday. New York has had more COVID deaths than any other state in the country.

Of course, Emperor Andy’s critics have accused him of helping bump up the death rate when he shipped COVID patients to nursing homes where elderly residents (who are susceptible to infectious diseases, but especially COVID-19) soon took the express train to the afterlife. You may recall the various stories of Andy’s antics leading to what some might call criminal negligence. Consider this excerpt from a May Wall Street Journal article titled “New York Sent Recovering Coronavirus Patients to Nursing Homes: ‘It Was a Fatal Error’”

After mounting criticism and thousands of deaths in New York nursing homes—including several individual facilities that have lost more than 50 residents—the state on Sunday reversed the mandate, which said nursing homes couldn’t refuse to accept patients from hospitals who had been diagnosed with Covid-19. New York now says hospitals can send patients to nursing homes only if they have tested negative for the virus.

Emperor Andy (or King Cuomo depending on your favorite phrase to describe His Arrogance) was also caught walking his dog without a mask on.

While King Cuomo’s constant TV messages are likely enough to make you have emesis, the new Dick on a Brick collectible is a great way to remind you and your loved ones of what a putz ‘ol Andy is (as well as a pompous ass).

Note: I don’t know who created the Dick on a Brick meme but it is pure comedy gold and I am not taking credit for it.
