Colts to be featured on HBO Hard Knocks as first ever in-season series

The Dallas Cowboys had the coverage from HBO in the summer. Now, HBO is coming to Indianapolis.

During halftime of the Thursday night game between the New York Giants and Washington Football Team, the announcement was made that the Hard Knocks series will be done in-season, and the first team who they will follow will be the Colts.

Since 2001, all of the Hard Knocks series shows had been done during training camp and the preseason. A few days ago, there was speculation about the series potentially being shut down.
