Today Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid spoke to the media and was asked about his current offensive coordinator, Eric Bieniemy. Bieniemy has been talked about being a future head coach in the NFL and people have expected that this would have been the offseason.
With Kansas City still playing, will a team reach out to Bieniemy?
I’m shocked that there hasn’t been an offer on the table for him yet. Kansas City’s offense is a powerhouse, but does Bieniemy have a say in that? Or is it Patrick Mahomes and Reid?
Reid spoke very highly of Bieniemy:
“Maybe the best thing I could tell you is I hope he goes to the NFC. Whoever gets him, I think is a very lucky organization. … Somebody I would have loved for my son to have played for.”
