The Chicago Bears finally started to put the pieces together for their organization.

Earlier this week they hired Ryan Poles as their next general manager. On Thursday, the Bears have chosen indianapolis Colts defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus as their next head coach.

Eberflus is replacing Matt Nagy, who was the Bears head coach for the last four seasons. Before joining the Colts as their defensive coordinator in 2018, Eberflus spent two seasons as the Cleveland Browns linebackers coach and then seven seasons as the Dallas Cowboys linebackers coach.

Now, he’ll get to run the entire show in Chicago and look to build an offense around Justin Fields.
