BREAKING: Dog The Bounty Hunter Says Hunt For Brian Laundrie Is Getting Dangerous; Hands Over DNA Evidence To Police

The manhunt for Brian Laundrie continues on today and has entered its third week in the search for the missing fugitive. Laundrie disappeared earlier in September shortly before his fiance’ Gabby Petito was found dead at Grand Teton State Park.

Dog, who’s real name is Duane Chapman had the following to say on the case:

“Tracking a fugitive is a marathon, not a sprint.

“We are continuing to search for Brian Laundrie. The longer he is on the run, the more dangerous this becomes.”

In recent days, Dog and his team have been searching islands near Fort De Soto Park in Pinellas County, Florida. Chapman recently turned over some key evidence for DNA testing to police. A spokesman for Dog had the following to say on that:

“Dog has turned over evidence to the authorities including items found on one of the islands near Fort De Soto Park. It is his hope that DNA can be assessed to prove Laundries’ presence.

Dog has an anonymous tip line at 833-TELL-DOG for anyone with information relating to Brian Laundrie’s whereabouts or any information they can provide that would be relevant to the ongoing search.
