The Antonio Brown vs. NFL battle and drama over helmets has continued as the Oakland Raiders wide receiver has filed a new grievance against the league, hoping to keep his old helmet.
Source: #Raiders WR Antonio Briwn has filed another grievance against the NFL, arguing that he should be afforded the same right provided to other NFL players to have a 1-year grace period to phase out his helmet in 2019 season. He claims the NFL is arbitrarily applying rules.— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) August 20, 2019
As read in the tweet by NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the new grievance that Brown should have a right to wear his old helmet for one-year before that model phases out.
Brown had rejoined the team Monday after comments from general manager Mike Mayock said that it was either time for him to be, ‘all-in or all-out.’
Whether this is considered Hard Knocks material or not, this seems to be a childish or entitled move by Brown.
Us fans would assume that the Pittsburgh Steelers are winning their Antonio Brown trade at this point.
