The Washington Football Team is now 1-4 following a 30-10 loss to the Rams on Sunday. The now 36-year-old is a 3x Pro Bowler, all with the Kansas City Chiefs, and has played for the San Francisco 49ers and Washington Redskins. He had 34,068 passing yards heading into today.

He did take a sack…it was the second sack of the day for Aaron Donald.

Joe Theismann went through a similar injury when he was taken out by Lawrence Taylor and never played again. He didn’t even have to clarify what his tweet was referencing.

In the first half, Smith went 7 for 8 with 32 yards. He would go just 1 for his next 9, with 5 yards. He was sacked five more times.

Congratulations to Alex Smith on his journey back to the NFL.
