New York Giants rookie WR Malik Nabors blasted Head Coach Brian Daboll after the team’s 30-7 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Giants drop to 2-9 on the season.
Nabers stated that, “I started getting the ball when it’s 30-0. What do you want me to do?”
Nabers follows up when asked why he didn’t have a catch until the second half: “Talk to Dabs about that”
Nabers finished the game with six catches for 64 yards and as you can see, he was frustrated with his usage.
Nabers referred to the offense “soft as f—” after the 23-point drubbing. The Giants made a switch at quarterback leading into this game.
Tommy DeVito made the start at QB after Daniel Jones was benched and eventually released on Friday.
Many Giants voiced their frustration all week after Daboll demoted Jones. This seems like a very volatile situation that will only get worse.
