Cleveland Browns RB D’Onta Foreman was taken to an ambulance and transported by helicopter to a Medical Center in Roanoke, VA, after sustaining a direct blow to the head that resulted in neck pain.
Foreman was injured during a special teams drill. Browns report that he has “movement in all his extremities.”
The 28 year old Foreman signed a one-year deal with the Browns in April. He rushed for 425 yards and four TDs in nine games with the Chicago Bears last year.
Foreman was third round draft pick in 2017 by the Houston Texans. He has also played for the Tennessee Titans, Carolina Panthers and Bears.
Foreman has rushed for 2,326 yards and has 17 touchdowns in six seasons.
