This year’s March Madness is projected to be a more intriguing one like last year’s tournament.
With the official tournament starting up on March 17th and 18th with the ‘field of 68’ games occurring in Dayton, Ohio, this year’s tournament has some good programs as No.1 seeds.
Following the games in Dayton, the First Round games will take place on Thursday the 19th and Friday the 20th. The Second Round games will be on Saturday the 21st and Sunday the 22nd. The Regional games in Indianapolis, Houston, New York City, and Los Angeles on the days from the 26th to the 29th.
The current No.1 seeds right now according to basketball analyst Andy Katz, are the Baylor University Bears (South region), the Kansas University Jayhawks (East), the Gonzaga University Bulldogs (West), and the San Diego State University Aztecs (Midwest).
Last year’s national champions, the University of Virginia Cavaliers, is currently on the outside looking in from Katz’s bracket. While the runners up, the Texas Tech University Red Raiders are listed as the eighth seed in the West region.
The networks covering the tournament will be on CBS, TBS, TNT, and TruTV. Let the madness begin!
