Nothing quite like a good old fashioned hockey fight. Last night the Detroit Red Wings and the Calgary Flames got into a scuffle that involved a hand full of players from each side. Take a look:

What first starts with a fight between Luke Witkowski and Brett Kulak (which I might add Witkowski put a whooping on Kulak), turned into a crazy outburst between the two clubs. Hammonic and Witkowski were chirping at each other all game, and after the fight, those two began to get in each others faces.
Witkowski was ejected, and on the way out was speared in the leg. All hell broke loose.
Mantha, Hammonic, Witkowski, Tkachuk, and even Howard the goaltender for Detroit got involved.
It was a classic scene that almost looked familiar…

Okay, maybe not as good as that one. But still it was a fun little scrap to watch.
Detroit ended up winning 8-2 against Calgary. It was an ugly game start to finish for the Flames, which most likely caused the frustration that escalated this outcome.
