What will the Edmonton Oilers do with the 1st overall pick in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft?
- Updated: May 4, 2012
With slim chances in this year’s draft lottery only an 18.8 percent chance of getting that first overall pick, the Oilers somehow managed to pull it off for 3 years in a row. There are many choices the Oilers could make, they could trade away that #1 pick for a solid starting goalie, they could keep the pick and get Nail Yakupov who could be a young talented 2nd line center, or they could keep the pick and get Ryan Murray the big strong Canadian defenseman. Ryan Murray, Currently in Switzerland for the Mens Hockey Championship, would be a solid defenseman and a solid franchise player, while Yakupov is a playmaking center for the Sarnia Sting who would also be a solid pick for the Edmonton Oilers.
What do you think the Oilers should do with they’re pick?
