The Baltimore Ravens-Pittsburgh Steelers rivalry added another chapter of physical play when Steelers backup-now-starting quarterback Mason Rudolph left the game after sustaining a concussion from Ravens safety Earl Thomas.

Rudolph is seen on video with his mouth wide open and Thomas’ helmet makes contact with the quarterback’s helmet. The hit left Rudolph knocked out cold on the turf of Heinz Field.

Let’s hope Rudolph is alright after that brutal hit. Rudolph has been ruled out for the remainder of the game.

Great for entertainment, bad for health-wise.
