Rob Gronkowski was just revealed as a member of the NFL 100 all-time team and with that announcement came a very Gronk story as told by his former coach, Bill Belichick.

Gronk decided to take a nap before the most important meeting of his career. Belichick called it a “bad meeting” but still traded up to select him in the second round of the 2010 NFL draft. You know where that selection eventually landed him? Just on the best team with the best quarterback of all time. Looks like taking a nap next to the greatest coach of all time’s desk wasn’t the worst strategy after all.

If youā€™re stressed about your finals this week, consider taking a nap. Waltz right into your professor’s office, roll up your hoodie, and park your ass in between the copy machine and the bookcase to catch a few Z’s. It may land you in the conversation for ā€œbest everā€ in you career, as it did for Rob Gronkowski.
