Tons of NHL Free Agents Still Avaible After Lockout

There’s a plethora of free agent holdouts in the NHL following the lockout. For many teams coming off of dissapointing seasons, picking up one of these players could be a key to their success. Top notch players such as Chris Campoli, Kurt Sauer, Kurtis Foster and Brett Clark are all still available. Unfortunately for those teams, free agency will not open until the new CBA is ratified. There will only be a short period of time (most likely no more than 2 weeks), between the date the CBA is ratified and the start of the season. So now for teams settling back into normalcy, how will they respond to these big free agents still floating around? We will have to wait and see…
