Super Bowl delayed for power outage
- Updated: February 3, 2013
The Super Bowl remains half lit after half of the stadium went dark. The power outage could have an effect on the momentum of the game. As soon as the second half started the Ravens ran for a 109 yard kick return and how this slows their momentum remains to be seen.
The players are currently stretching waiting for the lights to return but this could help the 49ers extensively. The question is does the Super Bowl have back up commercials?
Update 8:56 est: Lights are slowly being restored.
Update 9:00 est: Players will be given a warm up opportunity without restrictions.
Update 9:10 est: Play resumes from 35 minute outage.
