NFL Players Get Less Of A Suspension If Snitch On Other Players

Here we go again another typical NFL move, players will now get less of a suspension if they are caught with PEDS and snitch on other players.

Eagles tackle Lane Johnson,  has been suspended twice for PED use in his career tweeted “No snitchin’,” Thursday after ProFootballTalk linked to its story about the process.

“The NFL Management Council may, prior to the conclusion of a Player’s appeal, reduce the length of the suspension and corresponding bonus forfeiture by up to 50% when the Player has provided full and complete assistance (including hearing testimony if required) to the Management Council which results in the finding of an additional violation of the Policy by another Player, coach, trainer or other person subject to this Policy,” the NFL policy states.

This is such a Roger Goodell move. Here let’s tell on your friends so we can catch more people, make more money, and reduce your suspension for helping us make more money. Money driven move. That’s all the NFL will ever be. Let’s see how the next year or two plays out with players using PEDs.
