NFL: Contenders and Pretenders

Every year when it comes down to the final stretch of the season we see teams who are labeled as either “pretenders” or “contenders”. Now sometimes we usually can’t put a finger on those teams, but most of the time we have an idea of who will be pretending and contending when the Super Bowl rolls around. But like we’ve seen in the past, a team can get hot at this point in the season and go on to win the big game.

Like we all say, you have to get hot at the right time and this is the perfect time for a team to get hot heading into the playoffs. So here I am, to break up the playoff contending teams. Which ones are the Pretenders and who are actually in contention to compete for a Super Bowl title.
