Former 10-year offensive lineman T.J. Lang made a decision a couple years ago to pledge a donation to his alma later at Eastern Michigan University. And the school followed through with it.

Back in 2017 in a report by MLive.com, the former lineman for the Green Bay Packers and Detroit announced he was going to donate a $500,000 pledge back to his alma mater for athletic complex improvements as part of their ‘Championship Building Plan.’

And the school has unveiled their new weight room as part of their enhancements.

Down below is the quote tweet by Lang himself acknowledging his appreciation for his donation to his alma mater’s New weight room, revealing with the name, ‘T.J.’s Garage.’

The original tweet is by Justin Rose of ABC 7 WXYZ of Detroit.

The actual name for the new weight room is the Thomas J. Lang Strength and Conditioning Center, in honor of his late father, Thomas.

And judging by the way the place looks, it appears to be a sweet and slick place to work out in.
